backhoe to 3 point hitch

I am looking to buy a 1972 Int'l 3414 with a 3141 backhoe attached. How much trouble will it be to remove the backhoe and use the tractor to pull a grater box? Will I have to purchase anything to make it 3 point ready? It's hard to tell by looking at it, because there's a whole lotta stuff happenin' on the back of this tractor!
