I drove Chrysler Products for about 35 years. From my OWN experience, BEWARE!!!. Chrysler used to have the best warranty, now they have the worst. They will find any excuse to lay the blame on YOU! To say as briefly as possible why I will never own another Chrysler product. I had a Chrysler Concord that I bought new. Before the 3-36 warranty went out, I purchased the best extended warranty the dealer offered. Cost me $1,400. Went out to crank the car, 36,600 miles, wouldn't crank. Was told by the dealer that all 6 plugs were fouled and the bill was $275.00. Called Chrysler and they lowered the bill to $195.00. They said the plugs were supposed to be changed at 36K. My owners manual didn't say that! Traded the car that day and I got $400.00 back from Chrysler after cancelling the warranty. Cost me $1,195.00 to drive the car 600 miles.
