It will be interesting to see how that plays out. We always used to drive Chrysler products in my family, but the crap they put out in the 70's and 80's convinced me that I could do better elsewhere, and I have bought mostly Mazdas, Nissans and Toyotas since then. Maybe the new Chrysler organization will start making products that will continue to be reliable after the first 40K miles. Or they will go broke satisfying warranty claims. Before I bought a new Chrysler product to take advantage of the "lifetime power warranty", I would carefully research just what they mean by lifetime power warranty. My guess is that there is a bunch of fine print that will make that phrase mean something different than my interpretation: that they will keep fixing the powertrain of the vehicle for as long as I LIVE. Back in the 60's Chrysler sold lots of cars with their highly publicized 5 year or 50K mile warranty. But that was well defined as to the time and mileage limits. In general, cars last longer today than they did back then, due to advancements in lubricants and materials, and better machining. But unlimited mileage and time! If something seems too good to be true, it probably is not true. It will be interesting to find out!
