sometimes you can jlay a nut over the stub o fthe broken bolt and weld it on.. be carefull to cover the deck o fthe block to prevent weld spatter ruining your gasket surface. the heat from the weld somethimes helps the bolt break loose. Don't forget other techniques like pb blaster oil, and a medium whack of the head o fthe broke stud with a hammer to help swage the male threads a little.. soundguy
