Wife with masters in education. That pays the bills and health ins., and your kids get to attend that school districts school, without tuition, even if you are out of district. Then if you have at least a BS degree and a full time job, that helps. Finally, a family member dies and leaves you the 30 acres free and clear. That ought to about do it. Gene
