They'll send you a Cashiers check for you to cash, and to use any money you need to crate, pack, or wrap the item, then send them the money that is left, via a personal check. It takes, usually, 30 days or so for the bank to inform you that the cashiers check is fake, but by that time, the crooks have yer money, the item, numbers of your bank account, and you will be charged with passing a bad check! Try getting out of that!!! HAH!! One good thing to remember is this: There ain't no free ride! And if a deal sounds too good to be true---it probably is! There are several web sites that will inform you about the scams that are out there-just waiting to ketch the unwary! And there are many! I can't remember the names, but just search Google for internet scams, or Nigerian Scams!
