On higher $$$ items that might have a couple or few thousand $$$ invested in like computer, it sure does pay to invest a hundred $$$ or so into a UPS from best buy, comp usa, or the sort. Its much cheaper to have to replace one of them for a hundred $$$ or so, than a computer or such. A ups will filter dirty power or spikes into your equipment anyway, and provide an orderly shutdown during a power loss in case you"re in the middle of something you don"t want to lose before saving. Those surge suppressors one can buy at a grocery store for $5 or $10 aren"t worth much. Consider it.
Glad you"re back on the road again. As for what you"ve missed...I"m getting as much overtime per week as straight time, not of my choice, and haven"t seen you there, so I guess that you"re missing out on that.
