I agree with that statement 100%. I find I'm better off going to some fo the surplus type stores for better quality stuff actually... I've got a hydraulic valve here right now that needs to be replaced that was bought from one of the local industrial suppliers. It was and is JUNK, they aren't going to give me anything on it, but I can buy another piece of junk from them... I go to Princess Auto, it's satisfaction guarnteed, or money refunded, and I have no doubt that they will make it right. I find that they carry as much quality stuff as junk too. You just pay a bit more for the quality.... but the local industrial supply is selling the JUNK for the same price that Princess sells the goos stuff, so figure where my money is going. When that's the kind of service I get locally, I find it hard to go back. If they had service, I might pay more.
