Dad's was the main farm horse for about 5 years, it was the biggest of our tractors. Had the TA rebuilt right after we first got it, replaced the clutch at the same time because you might as well when you've got the tractor split.
She's a bull. Great for tillage, drop it in gear and she'll go all day. But the controls for hydraulics and gear shifting move pretty hard, and I think that's normal for this model. Look over the wiring pretty good, most of these machines have the start safety switches bypassed and the instument cluster (especially the speedo/tach) is really prone to lots of problems.
But she's still definitely one of my favorite tractors to run!
