Would most like be a 6 volt system unless it has an alternator on it then it would be 12 volt. It all depends on why its stuck as to weather or not you can unstick it with out a complete rebuild. I have had some that where stuck for years and I got the loose and others that where stuck for just a year or 2 and not had any luck all depends on why they are stuck. My self I use tranny fluid and fill the cylinders and let it sit till it does pop free. I have an H here that sat under a tree for 25 plus years and it was stuck but in less then a week I was driveing it and all I did was tranny fluid and a simple tune up and a new/used gas tank
