Wrecked RV's with working roof mount AC units are dirt cheap. The RV units are designed to withstand vibration/jolts a household unit isn't. The again some people just thrive on tacky red neck, slapped together patch jobs. I don't understand why people settle for substandard operation of something that looks like crap but costs the same as doing the job right?
