Along with Housing comes Commercial and all the ugly Human things that are going on in the modern world. I live in a Comparitivly rural area of Az. but at night the lights of the Phoenix Monster lights up the sky and Construction Mess is running rampant across the Desert with no answer to the Water situation but "The Government will take care of it".
