ferell has been selling off tanks for the last 4-5 years. they are getting hammered on price and losing business. the tanks they are selling are the old ones with the one piece valve. there are no parts to fix them, and if you can fine one, they are $500 new. used tank are $125-200 with these style valves. if you are going to buy one and change it over to new style valves, $155 for the new bungs welded in, plus $145 for new brass valves. a new 500 picked up in centeral indiana is almost $1300. if you want a semi load, knock off about $350 a piece. new thousands are $ 2400.
