While a 1 Billion dollar retirement fund seems pretty outrageous, I don't really have a problem with it. If you have a marketable talent and are among the very best at what you do, you should be able to make as much money as the market allows you to. Just think of the other people making money off his back. At least he works hard at it. Look at the guy who used to run Home Depot, he lost money for the company but still got 1/4 of a billion just for leaving. Now he runs Chrysler.
