I have had this setup a while. If working it extremely hard in the past, it would heat. That would mean sawing white oak. It seems though lately this has intensified.
Radiater - removed pressure washed and boiled at radiater shop a few years back and it still looks clean for light shining.
While running, you can see circulation in the radiater. I have not seen any discoloration from a headgasket leak.
I will try out a thermostat, that is a cheep place to start.
