I spent a lot of time over the years bushhogging with a Ferguson TO30. Great tractor for the money and way over built. Only thing is I don"t like is once in a blue moon a stick will fly out of the mower and get my in the back. I have been using a Farmall M with a 3 point to bushhog this summer and it sits a lot higher so the stick problem hasn"t been so far but may be overkill for 10 acres. Dads Ferggy was rebuilt totally front to back in the mid 70s and we have only had to put on a couple mufflers, knocked off the fuel shut off knob once and one manifold since then and it was used hard. Not a bad service record! It is still in great shape!

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
