We had a half dozen of those when I worked at the equipment rental place. 3 were rigged as rotovators (or tillers as us Yanks call them) two were set up as sweepers, and one was set up as a snowblower.
Lots and lots of clutch and transmission problems with them, and the handlebar mounting system was aa weak point, but those Honda engines are bulletproof.
