Sandy - For what it is worth, I use only acrylic enamel with a hardener added to it. I find that it makes a big difference in how fast it weathers and fades. Yes, it costs quite a bit more, but if it lasts much longer, you may find it is worth the difference in the long run. My choice is DuPont Centari. It also helps to keep the machinery covered when not in use as UV rays are very hard on paints. Paul
