Dont assume the spark plugs are good because they look good. Sometimes one drop of raw gas from over chocking or splash over in the carb bowl will ruin a spark plug. This problem is worse with D16 plugs in my opinion. If it will run on two cylinders it would have enough RPMs for the impulse mechanism to be out of the picture,as it only works at start RPMs.
