What about getting some real light weight angle sheet metal from freight company or heating company to lay in the corners or what about the expandable foam that you put out of the can and fills in all the little holes. Those 16' grain boxes are setting all over eastern Washington. Must have seen 100 older trucks just setting there. Most were used to haul wheat to the elevators or potato and onion harvest and the mechanics went out of the trucks but the boxes look good. BIL is just starting to make a new bed for his because he need 18' and did not find many of those. Old trucks were priced from 1500 up.
