I have a friend that has a 1948 John Deere D . It has Duel exhaust and according to him a 501 cubic inch engine. And looks like it's in good condition. I took down several numbers but they could just be part serial numbers. D 2890R, D1342R, D1909R, Didn't really know where to look for the right serial number. Looking for the approx.value. Looking to sale. I have a digital photo I can send. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any info you can give it is greatly appreciated. Al
