Allis D17 would be just about right. Enough weight to have some traction in snow. Live power through the power director, with the ability to ease into a snow bank using the PD as a hand clutch while you are turned around looking backward and having trouble keeping your foot on the foot clutch. Enough HP to handle the blower. An AC 170/175 would work well also. And they are far less expensive than something painted green.
