As I recall, Les headed for Colorado when things were going downhill at the plant. Those boys had a great idea but they partied like there was no tomorrow.
And his brother Cliff lives/ lived up by Harwood in the later years. I used to talk to him every August at Bonanzaville but I haven't been there in about 10 years so I don't know if he's still around. Interesting guy.
My Dad knew all of them as he did a lot of work in Gwinner when things were taking off. I did a lot of work at the plant over the years. Last time was when the huge propane tank was overfilled and it exploded. Must have been earlier 90's or so.
I know some people in the corporate office so I knew about this deal some time ago. Pisssses me off.
