looking for someone with mechanical savy so my sister doesn't have to be taken for a ride any more. i live to far away to be of help. i came to visit here the last couple of days and looked at two of her vehicles. in one case they told her she had a rod going out of the motor and in actuallity i found a torque converter bolt bouncing around the casing of the trany area making the noise. she just had a trany replaced on another for $2750. where i live in wisc it costs about $1400 to take out rebuild and put back in by a shop with a guarentee. i always figured us tractor people are fairly good mechanics as far as diagnotics are concerned. any help would be appreciated on my part. thx sincerely, tim shanahan shoo_giesty@yahoo.com
