There are some confliting opinions here. Nothing from any non-Winsor or Cleveland engine can swap onto it. Nearly any of the Windsor heads will work on the 351W, some better than others. If you have a good set of heads with the 351, just rebuild them. Cleveland heads can work, but are not a direct bolt-on. 351C, 351M and 400's are all in the same "335" engine family, and are technically small blocks, but some call them "mid-blocks" or "big small-blocks". I have a book detailing all this, but I can't think of th ename of it right now. "Ford Performance Engines" or something like that. I'll try to find it tomorrow.
