Should be a low comp smogger. cleavland heads will not fit without extensive modifacations $$ Just get some flat top pistons, pick out good aftermarket cam to suit your intended useage.Bore it, grind crank, surface heads and good valve job, and there ya go . Unless your willing to spend $$ with aftermarket heads stock ones will be fine. However,,,If your looking to run rpms up into 4500-6500 range you'll want it to breath , heads and intake are MUST haves . I've been running 351's and 302 's in my stock cars for 15 yrs or so . Great motors with a little help .

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
