Untill the gas tractor of 1947 and up the A was not a 3 plow tractor but Deere called the 41-46 A a 3-14 or 2 16 plow tractor but it was only about 3 HP different than the F20 and the 34 to 39 A was virtualy identical to the F20 in Horsepower. With the introduction of the larger gas engine of 1947 the B became the same size as the 37 A JD or the F20 or the WC. he model 50 JD was called a 2 plow tractor with 31 PTO HP and the 41-46 A had 29 PTO HP
