The fuel preheater has a screen in it also that can plug. Right next to the fuel pump to the left and down a little of the mechanical. Bottom comes off and theres the screen. Dont know if this will hel but its another restriction point. Also it just may be time for a injector pump rebuild, i know thats rare on these but it does happen
