it depends on what you want to use them for I once wanted them to do a class action suit on a county ordinance that was very bad in that you had to send your pass code for your burglar alarm into the Sheriff office plus a full diagram of the system. that included banks and all businesses in the county. they wouldn't even return my calls so I guess they are not interested in anything that won't make money for them.
