Tractor Choice

My wife and I just put in an offer to buy a 16 ac "farmette". We are going to need a tractor of some sort. The only one I am familiar with is the 8n or 9n as we had one when I was growing up. We don't plan to farm the land for profit. The tractor would be used for hauling, some plowing (garden), snow plowing, and mowing. Do the 8n and 9n both have hydraulic 3pt hitches and PTOs? Is this a reasonable choice of equipment or are there better alternatives? Thanks A.Spadin
