Depends on what's in there and what you're planting. If it's an old alfalfa seeding and you want to go back to alfalfa,you're wasting your money and time either way. There is a toxin in the roots of the old plants that will kill new plants.You'll have to plow it and put it to something else for at least a year. If you're just reseeding grass,no til will be OK.
