Try taking sediment bowl off and see if there is a good fuel flow. If no flow, clean strainer and, with the gas cap off, blow into tank to remove obstruction. This is a temporary fix, permanent fix is to remove tank and clean out. If good flow at sediment bowl, loosen fuel line at carburator and see if there is a good flow there. If not, remove line and blow out . If still a problem, carb needs work.
