My allis chalmers 7040 seems to have a fuel problem.It starts, then dies out. I replaced the fuel filter and still no luck.My question is,if the fuel filter drain plug is opened and no fuel is present(after priming pump plunger )would it most likely be air in the lines or maybe blow out the lines from the filter to the tank.After setting for a while it wants to start(smoke from exaust)then after 30 seconds no fuel vapor is present.
