In 88 I worked with a guy whose widowed sister had a Silver King tractor in the woods where her deceased husband had left it. He said it was mine for free. Its a three wheeler and needs rims and o/h. In the end I gave her $50. (she was not hurting financially). bought an 028 Stihl for $1 at yard sale. New piston and rings been using for 5 seasons. The one that got away.... In about 85 I went to look at a 340 Farmall wfe. I didn't have any money but my dad said go look and if its okay we'll go back tomorrow. the price was $1,100 and he said it smoked a little. I looked and he threw in a brush hog, back blade and one other imp. Like I said I had no cash. another guy walked up offered $900 and bought it all.
