While it's drained,you might want to change the thermostat. Also flush out the radiator best you can. Take the bottom hose off,put a hose in the top,seal it up around the garden hose best you can and put some water preasure to it. Then put the hose in the lower hose and flush water back up from the bottom. I'd do this several times. Also flush the dirt from between the radiator fins externally. Compressed air is best,but water pressure will work. Just be careful not to bend the fins and flatten them out or you won't get any air flow.
