I'm with you on all the required Medications in a Zip Lock Baggy plus I have my Sun Screen,Lip Balm,Benadryl, All just in case. This Morning I packed ,12 low salt Crackers,3 slices 4" square Swiss cheese, 2 Dole Peach Cups,6 ritz Crackers, 5 cans Diet Cola,1 Bottle Arrowhead Water and that's it. 5:30 AM at McD drive thru, Sausage Mufffin with Egg[$1.00] by Noon I,m back to Town and get a Jack in the Box Hamburger, run the rest of my route and home at 2PM with one can of Coke to put back in the Fridge. I do this 2 times a week.I eat on the go[while driving] and do not have a very strenuous routine.
