Be careful not to get in over your head with taking on a project thats too large for a beginner, an old stuck tractor costs a lot to fix up and its quite the undertaking requiring far more than just basic tools and lots of patience with the ability to stick to it and see the long project through. You wouldn't believe how hard a bolt can get rusted into place on a 50yr old tractor, now the bad part is that theres lots of those bolts on every old tractor restoration. To be honest, I really don't think restoring an old tractor is something you could do right now at such a young age, and you need more mechanical experience before going for a big tractor. You can get pretty hurt if you do something wrong while working on a big tractor. Take your time and look around for a tractor that runs good, then that way you can have some fun
