Luke, I am not a health nut so you know where I am coming from. A lot of coffee and tea is not good for men's health, especially the prostrate gland. At your age it isn't a problem but as you age it can be. We associate prostrate problems with older men but that is a falacy, any age man can have prostrate issues. You can have a coffee in moderation, like one in the morning and again in the afternoon. You need to force yourself to drink more water. Soda doesn't sub for water as one can of soda a day is equivalent to eating 1 pound of sugar a week. If you play sports you need to consume water during and after that kind of exercise. You have asked a good question and I think the answer is "Moderation"
