2010 John Deere

I just purchased a project tractor 2010 John Deere it has the synchro's out of it. and we pulled it home and now it only has two forward gears. I have read the forums and it sounds like parts will be a problem to find also. hmm sounds like I got took huh? well my 1st dilema is to find a thourough enough tech manual to guide me through the process of splitting and replacing the parts anyone have any ideas?
