Not sure why you placed the numbers on two different lines. Where was the 91351 number?
If the Serial Number is TO3551 you have a TO-20 tractor not a TO35 or a MF 35.
The best way to tell at this point is to look at the left side of the engine. See if it has any of the following.
Z120 -- then TO-20 which agrees with the SN Z129 -- Then TO-30 Z134 -- Then TO-35.
Another way to tell is that the TO-20 and TO-30 had 1 gear shift lever and an "S" on the shift plate (used to start the engine, although many times this may be over ridden) The TO-35 has two gear shifts. 1 gear shift and one Hi Low shifter.
