My Long 1099 3 point back would be bouncing off the cylinder end stops if I pushed it with 25 GPM. Its better with about 5 GPM. 2" swing cylinders move plenty fast with 5 GPM.
The loader valve needs to be adapted with a power beyond port that feeds the back hoe and the return from the back hoe valve goes to a T in the return line that was already on the loader valve. The back hoe valve has to be open or closed center the same as the loader and tractor. Some valves have all these capabilities, some don't.
