2 years ago while looking at an excavation job, I caught the 2nd to last finger in the truck door, kind of a light slam, boy those hurt, kind of a pulsing kind of pain, had to try and keep my composure while finishing up, talking with the owner, who was actually a friend, the pain was quite distracting nonetheless ! Think it was the first one ever to turn completely black and fall off. I went to the index of drill bits later on and carefully back and forth whittled out the hole to release the pressure, for awhile I had the car hood thing going, flip top nail, eventually fell off, dried out, grew back by the end of September, happened in the middle of May.
