My first thought, before reading the posts was- you have a Farmhand, right?- lifts about 21 feet? Then, saw your pix. Granted, could use a little more forward reach. Running the chain across the top of your grapple crosspieces would give you about 2 feet more reach. Otherwise, a simple gin pole attached to the front. Couple pipes slipped over the teeth, pulled together in a vee, weld together, with a brace or chain to the top of the grapple or loader frame.
