Doug, I know what you are saying. I have a guy that comes in from the State of Illinois, Department of Agriculture. I give away pens, key chains, little pockets knives, you know little trinkets. Gave the guy a couple of pens, or a little pocket knife or something, he gave it back, said thanks, but no thanks, the State of Illinois calls that a form of bribery and did not want to jeopordize his job over a 5 cent ink pen. There must be so many crooked politicians that they had to stop everyone from receiving "gifts" I personally think it is a crock to penalize the guys like you that deliver the mail, and in crappy conditions at time.
