Well the gas tank on my 1980 Chev has been leaking for the last 6 months or so. Well I ordered a brand new tank for it and picked it up today. Now heres the good or bad part. I have taken a can of spray under coating and sprayed the tank, and plan to spray one more coat on it tomorrow, then take an old tractor inner tube and cover the whole tank other then where the wires/line comes out. So is this a good idea or a bad one. What do you guys think??
