I'm REALLY going to urge you to dump Outlook Express. It and Internet Explorer are tied too closely to the operating system and are vulnerable to attack by those with nefarious intent. Go with Firefox for browsing and Thunderbird for email. Thunderbird allows you to import your Outlook Express address book.
