It's a very early 2000 series industrial. 20315 is the model number. 161813 is the serial number.
The s/n says it was built in March 1962.
Check the link below and pay particular attention to the info for 2000/4000 series built before Aug 1962. The only thing that has me wondering is the 1 in your model number. I don't see that designation in the early production list. The later list indicates it would be a Low Center of Gravity model (LCG). If so, that would be fairly rare. I believe the LCG models had shorter front spindles and used 24" wheels in back to make it lower to the ground.
I'd like to see some photos (front, back, side). Also, what is the color scheme on that rascal?
