As far as I am concerned, most of these type of people are just plain stupid. My dad was a county road commissioner for 20 years. You would be amazed at the number of people who would get stuck trying to go to town in the middle of a blizzard. their comment was,"I did not think it would be this bad" come on, there is a winter storm warning listed, with blowing and drifting snow, and you did not think would be bad??? Most of these people we did not know, they had moved from the city. My dad told one moron who was raising he$$ because he could not get through to go to town to run for the job next time was up for election. My dad retired and appointed someone to take the job. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out, if the roads are bad, STAY HOME!!! Then he would get the I have to get cigarettes, or groceries, most people are not winter ready. Drives me crazy listening to people grumble, but they are not part of the solution, they are the problem!!
