Dan: I am running the JD 50 Plus 0W40 in my diesel engines. I am 100 per cent happy. I have also sent the oil in to blackstone labs after I taken it out, and the results are great. I have it in my 88 F-50 7.3, my JD 4400. I also run it in my little 318. The 7.3 which is a bit hard to start cranks much better with the 0W40 than the Rotella 15W40. The 0W is thinner when it is cold, yet when hot is the same as the 15W40. As you know, you should not run Regular Mobile 1 in your diesel engines. I run that in my Oldsmobile intrigue (186k miles).
