Aloha, Ok, I think what you want is to make a square plate 1/2" or thicker to fit over your existing pintle hook mounting holes. Drill 4 holes to match the existing and get a 1/4" thick or thicker box tubing to fit the size of hitch that you want to use and weld that to the plate (drill the cross hole for the pin). You could also make your own hitch by getting the proper size tubing to fit into the receiver and weld a plate on the end to mount the pintle hook. I made my own receiver and different hitch setup for my 80' GMC pickup and it is better than any store bought one.
